Board of Directors Election Information
Grayhawk Community Association
In 2025, members of the Grayhawk Community Association (GCA) will elect four (4) Directors for two-year terms on the GCA Board of Directors. Information about each candidate can be found in the candidate bios.
Additionally, homeowners will vote on House Bill 2298 as part of the ballot. The GCA Board of Directors is encouraging homeowners to vote YES on this important issue to retain the authority to regulate public roadways in the community. Retreat Village Association
Members of the Retreat Village Association (RVA) will elect three (3) Directors for two-year terms on the RVA Board of Directors. Information about each candidate can be found in the candidate bios.
GCA and RVA Annual Meetings
Wednesday, March 19 at 6 p.m.

Join your fellow Grayhawk homeowners for a night of celebrating the amazing community that you live in. Elect new Board members, look back on the past year and, more importantly, look forward to what’s in store in the future. There will also be a ton of fantastic raffle prizes! Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for light refreshments.

Voting
The election for both the GCA and RVA is handled electronically by Vote HOA Now. Ballots were sent from grayhawk@ivotehoa.com (GCA) and retreatvillage@ivotehoa.com (RVA) on February 24, 2025 to the first email on file with the Association. If you did not receive the emails for the GCA and the RVA (if you live in the Retreat), please reach out to Jennifer Sheets at jsheets@ccmcnet.com or 480-563-9708.
Paper ballots can also be obtained and submitted in person at the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102. Ballots must be received by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18. Members are also able to vote in person at the Annual Meeting on March 19.
There is one vote per property. Homeowners must be in good standing to vote. 10% of eligible membership votes is required to meet quorum.
