Committees
Community Operations
The Board of Directors appoints various permanent and ad-hoc committees to assist with community operations. These committees are composed of residents with staff and Board members serving as liaisons and/or chairpersons.
Membership
Committee membership is reviewed annually following the Annual Meeting and new members are appointed as necessary. If you're interested in serving on a committee, please complete a Committee Interest Form.
Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee reviews all architectural submittals for modifications to the properties within Grayhawk. This committee meets twice a month.
Budget / Finance Committee
The purpose of this committee is to work with management to review the current financial status of the association, recommend an association budget for the following year, and advise the Board of Directors on the investment of the association’s funds. This committee meets as needed.
Communications Committee
The Communications Committee is responsible for working with management and the Board to inform residents of the purpose and function of the Grayhawk Community Association, and its activities and events toward the larger goal of inter- and intra-community relationship building. This committee meets as needed.
Community Enhancement Committee
The Community Enhancement Committee is charged with determining the best use of the Community Enhancement Funds, which are funds collected at the sale of a property for future enhancements to the community. This committee meets as needed.
Development Committee
The Development Committee is responsible for staying informed about new development in and around Grayhawk and relaying that information to the Board. This committee meets as needed.
Event Planning Committee
The Event Planning Committee assists in the planning of various programs and events for the community. This committee meets once a month
Landscape Committee
The Landscape Committee discusses the status of common areas as well as recommending a budget and addressing special projects as they arise. This committee meets as needed.
Operational Review Committee
The Operational Review Committee concentrates on operational and security objectives such as security post orders, roving patrol, maintenance and other items as they arise. This committee meets as needed.
