Peregrine Vistas Sealcoating

The streets in Peregrine Vistas will be sealcoated this week, which will temporarily impact access for residents, guests, and vendors. To help you plan ahead, please review letter and map that were recently mailed to you.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the GCA Office at 480-563-9708. We also kindly ask that you notify any tenants, family, or friends staying at your property and reschedule any vendors, as vehicle access will not be permitted during the closures. Please note that driving on wet sealcoat can cause damage, and those responsible may be held financially liable for repairs.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community looking its best!
