How do I create a CivicRec account?

Setting up a CivicRec account is a one-time process. Residents may create one CivicRec account per household. 

  • Go to CivicRec
  • Click Log in/Create Account in the upper left corner
  • Click Create Your Grayhawk Account
  • On mobile devices, select Account in the upper right corner and click Sign Up
  • Fill in required information for the primary account holder, except emergency contact
    • Note: The email address entered first will be the login for the household account
    • Note:  Don’t forget to add your mobile carrier in order to receive text alerts
  • Click Next Step: Other Account Members at the bottom right to add additional family members. Your entire family will utilize one account.
  • Click Save and Close at the bottom right
