Construction Update

Upcoming loop 101 (Pima Freeway) Improvement Project road closures impacting Grayhawk include:

North- and southbound Scottsdale Road will be closed at the Pima Freeway nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, July 22, to the morning of Friday, July 26.

NOTE: Scottsdale Road will be reduced to one southbound lane and two northbound lanes between Chauncey Lane and Mayo Boulevard from July 22, through September due to waterline work by the city of Scottsdale. Drivers should consider alternate routes as this work zone will impact traffic at the Pima Freeway interchange.

Ice Cream Social

Play-Well Lego Engineering Camp

Drop your kids off in the Talon Room July 29-August 2 (ages 5-7 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and ages 8-14 from 1-4 p.m.) for an introductory engineering course for the young Jedi. They will be building projects using LEGO® materials such as X-Wings, R2 Units, Energy Catapults, Defense Turrets, and more. They will create motorized and architectural projects with imagination and engineering to defeat the Empire! Register today!

Behind the Scenes MIM Tour

Join a museum guide on July 31 at 10a.m. for the Musical Instrument Museum VIP tour. After the one-hour guided tour you will be given a head set and can walk the galleries on your own. Lunch is not included in this tour, but the café will be open. RSVP today and pay by cash or check (payable to MIM) at the GCA Office. Cost is $20 per adult, $15 for ages 13-19, $10 for ages 4-12 and free for kids ages 3 and under.
