Office Hours

The GCA Office will be closing at 3 pm on Wednesday July 3 and will be closed on Wednesday, July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The office will reopen on Friday, July 5 at 8:00 am. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Help Keep Grayhawk Safe

There were a number of thefts from vehicles in the Park section of Grayhawk late last week. The Scottsdale Police Department stated that none of the vehicles showed any signs of forced entry, meaning the vehicles were likely unlocked.

Vehicles and homes left unlocked create opportunity for thieves. Remember to move any valuables out of your car and make sure the doors are locked every time you leave the vehicle. If you do observe people in the area lifting door handles or looking into car windows, immediately report those persons to the police. If it doesn't look right, it probably isn't.

Retreat Village Gate Update

All of the Raptor gates have been transitioned to the new readers including the main Raptor gate, Crown Point Norte gate, Hayden Rd. and Grayhawk Dr. gate and the Avian gate. The Cachet gate at Hualapai Dr. has also been transitioned. The front and back Talon gates are still operating on the old transponders. Please see the information on this project for transponder installation times and call 480-563-9708 with questions.

Payson Gateway Bus Tour

Join neighbors on July 9 for a guided tour of popular tourist spots like the Mogollon Rim, Zane Grey’s Cabin, and the Tonto Natural Bridge. Walking is involved in this tour. Ladies Night Out

Join the Grayhawk ladies at Parma Italian Roots on July 16 at 6 p.m. for cold drinks, tasty food, and great conversation. This is a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends! Play-Well Lego Engineering Camp

Drop your kids off in the Talon Room July 29-August 2 (ages 5-7 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and ages 8-14 from 1-4 p.m.) for an introductory engineering course for the young Jedi. They will be building projects using LEGO® materials such as X-Wings, R2 Units, Energy Catapults, Defense Turrets, and more. They will create motorized and architectural projects with imagination and engineering to defeat the Empire! Register today!

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 7 -8:30 a.m. and 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and 4-5:30 p.m., and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
