Construction on Loop 101

Beginning Monday, June 17, the on- and off-ramps at Scottsdale and Hayden roads will be closed for
approximately two months. The closure is needed for
construction of a new bridge over Loop 101 at the future Miller Road. More details can be found here. In addition, you can sign up to receive traffic alerts and updates via email here.

Retreat Village Gate Update

The Raptor Main gate reader has been transitioned and new transponders are working at that gate ONLY. All other open gates are still operating with the current transponders. Please see the information on this project prior to having the new transponder installed as the best time to switch will vary by your neighborhood.

Gift Card Drive- Final Days!

Help support our partner, Arizona Helping Hands, by giving to those in foster care who are easily overlooked- TEENS! Through June 24 we will be accepting gift card donations of $5-$25. Gift cards can be to anywhere you think teens would enjoy. Cash donations will also accepted. Gift cards can be dropped off Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Questions? Time for Teens Pizza Party

Drop your teen off at the Talon Room on June 26 from 6-8 p.m. and tell them to expect music, prizes, pizza, treats, and FUN! A gift card donation for Arizona Helping Hands is your entry fee for this event. We want to fill the room, so feel free to invite friends that may not be residents of Grayhawk. Play-Well Lego Engineering Camp

Drop your kids off in the Talon Room July 1, 2, 3 and 5 (ages 5-7 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and ages 8-14 from 1-4 p.m.) to build and program robots in this introductory Robotics class using the LEGO® WeDo® system. They will learn basic programming skills, simple engineering concepts, and the names of robot components. This is a great way to prepare young Robotics enthusiasts for our more advanced Robotics programs. Register today!

Payson Gateway Bus Tour

Join neighbors on July 9 for a guided tour of popular tourist spots like the Mogollon Rim, Zane Grey’s Cabin, and the Tonto Natural Bridge. Walking is involved in this tour. Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m., and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
