Grayhawk Board of Directors Executive Session
The Board of Directors will be meeting in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 33-1804 (A)(3) at 5:00 p.m. in the GCA office.

Hand to Heart Meditation Series

Bus Trip to Apple Annie's

Travel to Willcox on October 5 for some of the best pie around! Spend the day on the farm enjoying a flavorful harvest of pick-your-own apples, pears, peaches, pumpkins and more. New Resident Orientation

Join us on October 10 at 6 p.m. in the Talon Room to learn a little more about your new community and all it has to offer. Meet your neighbors, learn a bit about the association and win prizes! Harvest Wine Glass Painting

Join us on October 18 at 5:30 p.m. in the Talon Room to learn how to paint wine glasses with Sunny Hall, retired art teacher and owner of Paint and Gogh. Cost to participate is $30 per person and includes all supplies (including stencils and embellishments), two wine glasses to decorate and take home, and light snacks. Crown Point Pool Closure

The Crown Point Pool will be closed through Tuesday, October 2 for repairs. The pool has a cracked pump housing unit and the spa motor is damaged as well. If you have any questions, please contact Stacey Harvey at sharvey@ccmcnet.com or 480-563-9708.

Landscaping Update

You may have noticed that some of the yellow bells and orange jubilee found in the Grayhawk common areas look like they are dying. They are not dead or dying, rather, the leaves have been skeletonized. This is a problem is typically caused by caterpillars and can be remedied by DLC Resources, our community landscaper. The DLC crew will be cutting back the plants that have been affected in the coming weeks.

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). As of September 24, cash payments will no longer be accepted for transponders. Transponders can be paid for with a credit card or check.
