Pet Reminders

We ask that owners please take steps to be responsible for your pets. City of Scottsdale and Grayhawk regulations state that dogs must be on a leash when they are in common areas. Regulations also require pet owners to clean up after their pets. Please use the bags provided throughout the community for your convenience, and dispose of them in proper trash receptacles.

Living with Arizona Wildlife

Preventing problems with wildlife is much simpler and less aggravating than dealing with the problems after they occur. While we do share the land with wildlife, there are some steps you can take to help keep wildlife wild and prevent property damage and/or safety issues for people and pets living in the area:

  • Do not intentionally feed wildlife
  • Keep bird seed off the ground
  • Store all garbage securely
  • Don’t let your pets roam free
  • Trim shrubs up from the ground

For more information on living with wildlife, including javelina, bobcats and more, visit the Arizona Game and Fish Department website.

Recurring Payment Update

If you are currently enrolled in recurring automatic payments for your Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Association assessments, Western Alliance Bank will automatically update your payment to reflect the 2026 assessment rates.

If you have your account set up to pay the first quarter payment before January 1, 2026 or you are making monthly payments, the bank will not automatically update your account to reflect the 2026 assessment change. In this case, you will need to login to the CCMC Portal and make the adjustment.
