Common Area Overseeding

DLC Resources will be laying seed throughout Grayhawk the week of October 13.  Please be mindful to stay off the grass as watering will be more consistent to allow the seed to grab hold. DLC will place signage in the areas that will be affected. Areas not being overseeded this year will be fertilized and watered to maintain healthy Bermuda grass as long as weather allows.

Construction Material

If you are having construction materials delivered, please make sure that they are stored on your property (driveway or landscaping) and that the materials are not blocking any portion of the sidewalk and street. This includes materials that are delivered and will be installed the same day. The sidewalks need to remain clear at all times for the safety of your neighbors.
