Back Raptor Gate Reader Update

It is believed that the back Raptor gate was struck by lightning during a recent storm, which damaged the reader. A temporary reader will be installed on Monday, October 6 in order to maintain access without restrictions.

Until then, Garda patrol staff will be stationed at the gate to allow only residents through. All vendors and guests will need to use the main entry gate on Thompson Peak Pkwy. for processing.

A new reader has been ordered and is expected to ship from the manufacturer later this month. Thank you for your patience!

Speed Bump Installation

Permanent speed bumps are being installed at the back Raptor and Talon entry gates, as well as in the guest lane at the main Raptor and Talon gates. These will replace the temporary speed bumps that are currently in those locations.

Installation will take place on Monday, October 6. It is anticipated that each installation will take approximately two hours. The vendor managing the installation anticipates little to no delay in access and a Garda patrol staff member will be assisting with access at each gate. Please drive with caution. We appreciate your patience as we complete this project.

ABDI Gate Access Notifications

Many cell phone providers are no longer using the email-to-text system for text notifications when guests arrive. To receive push notifications through the Gate Access app, simply follow these instructions. Transponder Installation

Need a transponder? Stop by the GCA Office located at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. Suite 210 to have one installed. Please bring a check or credit card for payment.

Installations occur on the following days and times:

Monday: 8 to 9 a.m.
Tuesday: 2 to 3 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 to 10 a.m.
Thursday: 12 to 1 p.m.
Friday: 8 to 9 a.m.
