Home Makeover?
Get ARC-Approved First!

Before you break out the paintbrush or power tools, remember: Your project needs the green light from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)! Whether you are adding a pop of fresh paint or making bigger changes to your home’s exterior, the ARC is here to keep our community looking fabulous.

  • Painting Only: Use the Design Review Application.

  • All Other Changes: Fill out the Full Design Review Application.

You can submit your application to Assistant Community Manager Max Schwartz via email at mschwartz@ccmcnet.com or by good old-fashioned snail mail to our GCA Office.

The ARC meets the first and third Tuesday of every month, so be sure to get your application in by 5 p.m. the Wednesday before to make the agenda.

A little planning now means your dream project can get started without a hitch!
