GCA and RVA Board Meetings

The Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Associations will hold meetings at 5:30 p.m. on April 7. You are encouraged to join the meetings in person or by clicking the link below and can view agendas here.

Prior to the regular session board meeting, the Board of Directors will hold and Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 33-1804(A)(3).

Concert in the Park

Join us on April 10 from 4-6 p.m. in the Grayhawk Greenbelt for live music from Switchback. Their music features "American roots with Celtic soul", with lots of energy! Blue Line Dogs food truck will be on site with great food available for purchase. Cost is $3 per person. Registration is required by April 9.

Adopt-A-Road Cleanup

We are looking for a few good volunteers to aid in our Adopt-A-Road cleanup on Saturday, April 26. We will meet at the GCA office at 8 a.m. and you can expect to be done by 10 a.m. We will provide water, gloves, safety vests and trash bags. This is a great way to complete community service hours,. Volunteers 17 years of age and under must be with a guardian. Please register if you plan to attend.

Hop over to the Grayhawk Greenbelt on April 19 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. for the Easter Egg Hunt. Enjoy an egg hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny, bounce houses, face painting, balloon twisting, treats and more! Registration is required. Cost to participate is $10 per child and free for adults. Late registration fees apply from April 14-16. No registration past April 16 or walk-up registrations will be accepted. Thanks to Christina Rathbun with Launch Real Estate, Jeremy Mueller with State Farm and OHM Fitness for sponsoring!

Foster Alliance Donation Drive

Help us to collect diapers (any size) and wipes for our partner Foster Alliance. Items can be dropped off at the GCA Office Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. -5 p.m. or purchased off of the Amazon Wish List and delivered to the office. Donations can also be dropped off at spring events including the Concert in the Park (April 10) and Egg Hunt (April 19).

Quarterly Assessment Reminder

As a reminder, your GCA and RVA second quarter assessments were due April 1 and will be late if not cleared by April 30. Visit the HOA Dues of our website to review your payment options. Payments can also be dropped off at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or in the mail slot in the door after hours.

School Golf Tournament

Join the Grayhawk Elementary School Dads' Club as they host a fundraiser golf tournament at the Verde River Golf and Social Club on May 20. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. and the shotgun start begins at 9 a.m. Cost is $800 for a foursome, which includes golf, lunch and prizes. All are welcome! Register at grayhawkpto.com/dads-club.

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
