Annual Meeting Results

Congratulations to newly elected Grayhawk Community Association Board of Directors representatives Paul Alessio, Derek Moore, Don Morse and Arlene Smith. Each will serve a two-year term. In addition, congratulations to Retreat Village Association Board of Directors representatives Michael Loya, Don Morse and John Williams, who will also serve a two-year term.

Also included on the ballot for the Grayhawk Community Association Board of Directors election this year was a vote regarding House Bill 2298. It was announced at the Annual Meeting on March 19 that enough “yes” votes were obtained to allow the Association to maintain authority to regulate public roadways.

If you didn't make it to the meeting, check out the 2024 Year in Review Video.

A big thank you to following community partners for helping to make the 2025 Annual Meeting a success: CCMC, Grayhawk Golf Club, Garda World, DLC Resources, Innovative Lighting and Design, and PMB Law.
