Curbside Bicycles Pop-Up

Drop your bike off at 9 a.m. on a scheduled pop up day and get comprehensive tune-up for only $85 per bike with a same day turnaround. Registration is required.

Painting Class

Join us in the Talon Room on January 30 from 6-8 p.m. as artist Nancy Troupe walks you through completing your own 16x20 masterpiece in just two hours. Galentines Bunco

Join neighbors in the Raptor Room at 6 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 10 at 6 p.m. for a night of food, drinks and Bunco! Register online and drop $5 exact cash to the office by 5 p.m. on Feb. 6 to reserve your spot. Attendees are asked to bring a bottle of wine or an appetizer to share the night of the event.

Daddy Daughter Dance

Grab your favorite young lady and join us on Feb. 22 from 5-7 p.m. to party “Under the Sea” with dancing, food, prizes and more. Cost is $30 per couple and $10 per additional guest if paid by Feb. 14. Feb. 15-18 cost will be $50 per couple and $20 per additional guest. No registrations will be accepted past Feb. 18. Register today! Raffle tickets will be sold at the event (cash only).

City of Scottsdale Bulk Trash

Brush and Bulk collection will take place in Grayhawk the week of Jan. 27. Items must be placed for pickup by 5 a.m. on Jan. 27 and no more than three days prior. Stack items parallel to the street on your front property line. Visit the City of Scottsdale website for more information.

Call for Candidates

The Grayhawk Annual Meeting is being held on Wednesday, March 19 and you have until 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31 to submit your application for either the Grayhawk Master or Retreat Village Association Board of Directors. If you are interested in making a positive and lasting impact on your community, this is your chance! The application for both boards can be found here.

Quarterly Assessment Reminder

As a reminder, your GCA and RVA first quarter assessments were due January 1 and will be considered late after January 30. Visit the HOA Dues of our website to review your payment options. Payments can also be dropped off at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or in the mail slot in the door after hours.

Holiday Decorations

Please remember that all holiday decorations/lights should be down by January 30 to avoid possible violation notices. This includes any lighting in trees or other landscaping. We appreciate your cooperation.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
