Curbside Bicycles Pop-Up

Drop your bike off at 9 a.m. on a scheduled pop up day and get comprehensive tune-up for only $85 per bike with a same day turnaround. Registration is required.

Keep Grayhawk Safe

Open garage doors often invite unwanted visitors and allow would be thieves to see what you store in the garage. Help keep the community safe by ensuring your garage door is closed when you come home and when you wind down for the night. Also, please update your contact information so that patrol can contact you in the event you forget to close your garage door.

Quarterly Assessment Reminder

As a reminder, your GCA and RVA first quarter assessments were due January 1 and will be considered late after January 30. Visit the HOA Dues of our website to review your payment options. Payments can also be dropped off at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or in the mail slot in the door after hours.

Holiday Decorations

Please remember that all holiday decorations/lights should be down by January 30 to avoid possible violation notices. This includes any lighting in trees or other landscaping. We appreciate your cooperation.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
