Educational Garden Party

Thanks to everyone that stopped by the new Educational Garden for sweet treats on Nov. 20. DLC Resources and GCA staff, along with Landscape Committee representatives, enjoyed sharing the newest community garden with you!

If you weren't able to join us, you can visit the garden at your leisure. It is on east side of 76th St. just south of Grayhawk Dr. across from the Guidepost Montessori School.

Holiday Howl at the Hawk

Join neighbors on Dec. 4 from 6:30-9 p.m. to celebrate the holidays. Cost is $60 per person until Nov. 24 which includes entertainment from AZ Dueling Pianos, heavy appetizers, dessert and one drink ticket. Registrations received after Nov. $24 will increase to $100 per person. Registration must be received by Nov. 27. Thanks to Bankers Trust North Scottsdale for sponsoring this event!

Santa Party

Grab a pair of PJs and join us for an evening of holiday cheer on Dec. 15 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The event will include Santa, crafts, gifts, breakfast for dinner and more. Cost is $30 for adults, $20 for kids if registration is received by Dec. 8. Registration after Dec. 8 is $60 for adults and $40 for kids. The last day to register is Dec. 11. Space is limited. Hanukkah Party

Residents are invited to enjoy a pre-Hanukkah celebration at the GCA office from 6-8 p.m. on Dec. 19. Enjoy a light meal from JJ’s Deli, drinks and fun activities for the kids. Cost to participate is $5 for kids 3 and up and $10 per adult. Register by Dec. 12. Thanks to David Van Omen and Andrew Bloom with Keller Williams Northeast Realty for sponsoring this event.

GCA Office Hours

The GCA Office will be closing at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will reopen on Monday, Dec. 2 at 8 am. We hope you enjoy a warm and wonderful Thanksgiving!

City of Scottsdale Bulk Trash

Brush and Bulk collection will take place in Grayhawk the week of Dec. 2. Items must be placed for pickup by 5 a.m. on Dec. 2 and no more than three days prior. Stack items parallel to the street on your front property line. Visit the City of Scottsdale website for more information.

Political Signage

The state of Arizona regulates how homeowners' associations handle political signage. Political signs must not be displayed more than 15 days after the general election. If you still have political signage on your property we kindly ask that you remove it at this time. Thank you for your cooperation.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
