GCA and RVA Board Meetings

The Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Associations will hold virtual meetings at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 4. You are encouraged to join the meetings by clicking the link below and can view agendas here.

Flannel Fest

Throw on some flannel and join us in the Grayhawk Greenbelt on Nov. 10 from 1-3 p.m. for:

Pony rides
Mechanical bull
Horseshoes
Dancing and more!

Cost is $5 for kids 3-11 years old, $10 for anyone 12 years and older and free for those 2 and younger. Price includes food and all activities! Registration and payment are due no later than Nov. 7. DLC Propagating Class

Join DLC and resident Plant guru Victoria Kauzlarich in the Talon Room from 9-11 a.m. on Nov. 12 to learn how to propagate plants. Propagating is the process of taking a trimming from a plant and growing a brand new one. Participants will be able to practice their new skills on a desert plant and get to bring home their own potted clipping! Cost is $3 per person. Register by Nov. 6.

Yoga in the Greenbelt

Emma Pigeon Yoga and Nekter Juice Bar are teaming upon Nov. 16 from 9-10 a.m. to bring you a free all-ages 45-minute yoga session in the Grayhawk Greenbelt, followed by refreshing drinks to keep you feeling your best. Register today!

Educational Garden Party

Join neighbors on Nov. 20 from 4-6 p.m. for an afternoon garden party as we celebrate the grand opening of our new Educational Garden at the corner of 76th St. and E. Whitetail Way. Enjoy a selection of mocktails and sweet treats while exploring the beautifully designed garden. Register by Nov. 18.

Keep Grayhawk Safe

Grayhawk patrol reported 222 garage doors left open in October. Open garage doors often invite unwanted visitors. Help keep the community safe by ensuring your garage door is closed when you come home and when you wind down for the night. Also, please update your contact information so that patrol can contact you in the event you forget to close your garage door.

Holiday Decorations

As a reminder, Grayhawk guidelines stipulate that outdoor holiday décor can be placed on your property 30 days prior to a holiday and should be removed 30 days after. While we encourage getting into the spirit of any holiday, we do ask that you adhere to these guidelines and consider the impact on neighbors.

Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA. This is a great way to stay up to date on upcoming projects that may impact traffic flow as well as other important RVA news. Click the image below or follow the steps below to sign up today!
