Asphalt Striping Touch Ups

TSS Enterprises will be in both the Raptor and Talon Retreat overnight on October 27 to do touch up painting on some of the asphalt. The vendor is expected to arrive at approximately 11:30 p.m.

The work includes restriping all of the crosswalks, touching up rumble cuts with new paint, adding and installing white reflectors at the island bubbles in Talon Retreat, four new arrows at the guard houses and completing the striping layout between Thompson Peak Pkwy. and Hualapai Dr.

This project should not cause any delays for residents or guests. Thank you for your patience as this work is completed.
