Raptor Retreat Gate Access
Cox Communication service is currently down at the Raptor Retreat gate, which means the gate does not have access to phone or internet. Guests and vendors are still being let through the gate, however, staff is not able to access homeowner accounts to verify that guests are on a resident's guest list or send notification of their arrival. Staff is also unable to retrieve a resident's phone number to authorize guests.
Cox has notified Grayhawk management that the issue has been moved to high on their priority list, but they cannot guarantee that they will be out before Thursday afternoon.
