Stargazing

Grab a flashlight and some chairs and head over to the Grayhawk Greenbelt on the corner of 78th Way and 78th Pl. on Sept. 30 from 7:30-9:30 p.m. for a night of stars and planets with Stargazing for Everyone. We'll have Moon Pies, drinks and lots of fun for all ages. Cost is $3 per person. Register by Sept. 18.

Tequila Tasting

Join your neighbors on Sept. 26 from 4:30-6 p.m. at Blue Agave Mexican Cantina to taste some top shelf tequilas. The cost to participate is $35 per person and includes three tequila tastings and heavy appetizers. Register by Sept. 18.

Residents wanting to sign up for electronic statements for their quarterly Grayhawk Community Association or Retreat Village Association HOA dues can do so by using the unique link found on the most recent paper statement (view this example). If you do not have a recent paper statement, please call the GCA Office at 480-563-9708 and we can email your unique link to you.

Preparations for Overseeding

DLC Resources is preparing for overseeding by lowering mow heights. Some areas are not being prepared for overseeding. This break gives Bermuda recovery time to build strength before the next growing season. Areas not being overseeded will be fertilized and watered to maintain healthy Bermuda grass as long as weather allows. You can view these areas on the turf rotation map.

Vendor Hours

As a reminder, vendors are permitted to work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. (quiet work only). Please do not have vendors working at your home outside of those hours.

Crown Point Spa Repair

The Crown Point spa heat exchanger has developed a leak and the water is no longer being heated. Repairs are taking place on Tuesday, September 10 once parts have been received. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9, Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
