Ladies Bunco

Join neighbors in the Raptor Room at 6 p.m. on June 26 for a night of food, drinks and Bunco! Never played before? Don’t worry! We’ll do a quick lesson before we get started. Just register online and drop $5 exact cash to the office by 5 p.m. on June 21. Then bring a bottle of wine or an appetizer to share the night of the event.

Happy Hour

Join fellow residents at Thompson105 on July 11 from 4:30-6 p.m. to beat the heat and enjoy happy hour pricing and the McDowell Mountains providing the perfect backdrop. This is a great way to meet your neighbors! Register by no later than July 9.

Free Movie

Join neighbors at 11 a.m. on July 17 at Harkins 101 for Grayhawk’s very own private showing of Despicable Me 4. Grayhawk is paying for tickets, just bring money for your favorite drinks and snacks. Space is limited. Register by July 15.

Virtual Hawaiian Luau Bingo

Hop on Zoom from wherever you are to play an interactive game of Bingo from the comfort of your own home on July 22 from 6-7 p.m. There will be five games in total and great prizes for the winners. We will also award a $25 gift card to the best dressed. Register by July 21.

Preparing for Monsoons

Now is the time to have dead branches removed to help minimize potential damage during monsoon season. If the foliage in your tree is thick and heavy, have the tree pruned. Trees with dense canopies do poorly in high winds, which increases the risk of breakage or even the entire tree falling over. A Certified Arborist can do an assessment and help prepare trees for monsoon season.

Construction Materials

If you are having construction materials delivered, please make sure that they are stored on your property (driveway or landscaping) and that the materials are not blocking any portion of the sidewalk and street. This includes materials that are delivered and will be installed the same day. The sidewalks need to remain clear at all times for the safety of your neighbors.

Vendor Hours

As a reminder, vendors are permitted to work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. (quiet work only). Please do not have vendors working at your home outside of those hours.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 9-9, Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
