The Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Associations will hold meetings at 5:30 p.m. on April 1. You are encouraged to join the meetings in person or by clicking the link below and can view agendas here.

The Foster Alliance Donation Drive

March 18 through April 30
Help us to collect Pull-Ups/training pants (any size) for our partner Foster Alliance, formerly Arizona Helping Hands. Items can be dropped off at the GCA Office Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. -5 p.m. or purchased off of the Amazon Wish List and delivered to the office.

Donations can also be dropped off at spring events including the Family BBQ and Movie Night (April 19) and Concert in the Park (April 25).

Salvation Army Donation Truck

It's time for spring cleaning! The Salvation Army will have a donation truck available at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy for Grayhawk residents on April 13 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. This is a great way to get rid of items you no longer need, while benefiting area adult rehabilitation centers. They will accept items until 12 p.m. or until the truck is full. Questions? Contact Ashlie Adamscheck.

New Homeowner Orientation

Join us virtually via Zoom to learn a little more about your community and all it has to offer. Just for joining you will be entered into a raffle for a $50 Amazon gift card. Register by April 11. The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.

Family BBQ and Movie Night

Join us at 5:30 p.m. on April 19 to enjoy rides, crafts, food and Trolls Band Together on a giant 50’ screen! This event is free, but registration is required by April 15. Thanks to David Van Omen with Keller Williams NorthEast Valley, Jeremy Mueller with State Farm, Green Muscle Solar and DLC Resources for sponsoring.

Concert in the Park

Join your neighbors from 4-6 p.m. on April 25 for live music from Switchback, joining us all the way from Chicago. Bring a chair or blanket, purchase dinner from a food truck, and most of all, enjoy a nice spring evening with neighbors. Cost to attend is $3 per person and tipping the band is encouraged! Registration is required by April 22.

Honoring High School Seniors

We will be featuring a "Grayhawk High" section in the May issue of the Grayhawk Flight. If you have a senior, send a recent photo and brief bio (no more than 120 words) to Jenn at jsheets@ccmcnet.com by no later than April 5. Need an example? Check out last year's issue. We'd love to share their story with their neighbors!

Retreat Village Association Email

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
