Arizona Helping Hands Donations

LAST CALL TO DONATE! Help us to collect new, non-holiday patterned pajamas and books for Arizona Helping Hands this holiday season. You can donate hardcover books for infants to toddlers or teenage reading genres. Pajamas are needed for all sizes, but especially teens that are size L or XL.

Items can be dropped off at the GCA Office Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or residents can purchase off of the Amazon Wish List and have items delivered directly to the office.

2024 Assessment Information

Information regarding the 2024 assessment rates was mailed to homeowners and can be found on our website. As a reminder, the Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Association switched banking partners to Alliance Association Bank (AAB) in July of 2023. If you previously had automatic payments with CCMC or Pacific Western Bank, that service has been canceled.

If you set up a recurring payment through AAB or your own banking institution, please remember that you will need to update the payment information with the correct assessment rate for 2024 prior to your January payment.

Guidepost Mingle and Gift Making

Stop by Guidepost Montessori on Dec. 16 from 9-11 a.m. to enjoy the simple pleasures of the holiday season with your child. Sip a cup of cocoa while working together to make gifts for family and friends. Guidepost Montessori is proud to host this free event for the wider community. Call 480-256-2034 for more information.

Holiday Guest List

If you live in the Retreat and plan to have holiday guests this year, please remember to add your guests to your ABDI account. The guards will call on every guest that they have not been notified of prior to the party. If you are busy having fun and don’t hear your phone ring, your guest may be denied admittance, and that is no way to spread holiday cheer!

You can access your guest list through gateaccess.net or the ABDI Gate Access app. If you don't have your login information, you can request it here.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
