Street Project on Grayhawk Dr.

As a reminder, the Retreat Village Association Board of Directors has approved a major street reconstruction project for Grayhawk Dr. throughout that Retreat that is scheduled from September 25 through October 20, 2023.

From September 25-October 6, all Talon Retreat traffic (residents, guests and vendors) will enter through the Thompson Peak Pkwy. entrance and exit onto Hualapai Dr.

From September 25-October 6, all Raptor Retreat traffic will enter through the Hayden Rd. and Grayhawk Dr. entrance and exit onto Thompson Peak Parkway, with two exceptions:

  1. Residents of the Raptor Retreat may enter through the Crown Point Norte gate just south of the Hayden Rd. and Grayhawk Dr. entrance. This gate requires a transponder and is for residents only.
  2. Avian residents can enter through the  gate on Thompson Peak Pkwy. This gate requires a transponder and is for residents only.  Avian residents are not able to enter through the main entrance at this time.

It is the responsibility of residents to notify contractors and guests of this project and the appropriate access points to minimize delay.

More information and a map detailing traffic flow can be found in the letter that was mailed to homeowners
