Pasta 101

Join Chef Kevin Barko with Heritage Street Cooks on Sept. 7 at 6 p.m. in the Talon Room as he rolls out a Pasta 101 class. Adults, teens and children (with adult supervision) are welcome to attend. Cost is $64 per person. This class will take you through dough techniques, cutting pasta, ravioli making, as well as marinara and alfredo sauces. Register by August 24.

Ladies Bunco

Join neighbors in the Raptor Room at 6 p.m. on Sept. 22 for a night of food, drinks and Bunco! Never played before? Don’t worry! We’ll do a quick lesson before we get started. Just register online and drop $5 exact cash to the office by 5 p.m. on Sept. 9. Then bring a bottle of wine or an appetizer to share the night of the event

Bank Update

The bank for your GCA and RVA quarterly assessment payments has changed. Please view our previous communication with more details and take the steps necessary to update your payment method. Note that this does not impact your monthly assessment if you live in a condominium.

City of Scottsdale Bulk Trash

Scottsdale Brush and Bulk collection will take place in Grayhawk the week of August 28. Items must be placed for pickup by no later than 5 a.m. on August 28. Stack items neatly, parallel to the street on your front property line. Bulk waste piles and green waste piles should be placed at least 3 feet from each other. Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA.
