AZHH Backpack Drive

Our friends at Arizona Helping Hands need our help with their back-to-school drive, and we want to give BIG. AZHH fills and donate over 7,000 backpacks to help provide kids in foster care supplies are essential for their academic success, and we are hoping Grayhawk residents will donate at least 100 backpacks to help them reach their goal.

New backpacks can be dropped off at the GCA office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Alternately, you can shop from the comfort of your home on our Amazon Wish List dedicated to AZHH. Donations should be made by no later than August 21, but the sooner we receive them, the sooner we can help put them on the back of a child in foster care!

CCMC Partners with New Bank

To improve service to homeowners, CCMC has identified the need for a more efficient and technologically advanced banking partner. As a result, our bank lockbox provider is changing from Pacific Western Bank (PWB) to Alliance Association Bank (AAB), effective July 2023. AAB provides services to over 35,000 community associations and over 1,000 management companies. We are confident that this change will result in faster and more efficient processing of assessment payments.

We will be sending an email about the change and what it means for homeowners in a separate email next week. In the meantime, if you pay via direct debit (ACH), you should be receiving an email from AAB asking you to confirm that you would like to continue to have your assessment payment automatically deducted now that the bank has changed.

You can always find current payment billing and payment information on the Grayhawk website. Please be on the lookout for more information and feel free to reach out to GCA management staff at 480-563-9708 with any questions.

Lawn Ornaments

On recent property tours, staff members have noticed many yards have ornaments. Per the Design Guidelines, Section II.O.1, "Driftwood, wagons, skulls, wagon wheels, sculpture, water fountains, etc. are prohibited in front yards." We kindly ask that residents remove any such items from front yards. Thank you for your cooperation.
