Happy Hour

Join neighbors on July 16 from 4:30-6 p.m. as Thompson105 invites you to forget the summer heat with hand crafted cocktails, an Italian woodfired grill and happy hour pricing, with the McDowell Mountains providing the perfect backdrop. GCA Office Hours

The GCA Office will be closing at 3 p.m. on Monday, July 3 and will be closed on Tuesday, July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The office will reopen on Wednesday, July 5 at 8:00 am.

We hope you enjoy a safe and happy 4th of July!

The Valley is hosting many free, family-friendly 4th of July celebrations! However, if you plan to have your own firework display, please keep in mind that the Grayhawk community follows the City of Scottsdale's ordinance in regard to firework safety. In addition, fireworks are not permitted in common areas.

Vandelism

There have been reports of vandalism and disturbances in the community recently, including firecrackers being set off on doorsteps, homes being egged and liquids being thrown at the community patrol vehicle. Cleaning up this type of vandalism is a waste of resources and is costly to your neighbors and to the Association. Please talk to your children about respecting property and ensure that they adhere to the City of Scottsdale curfew.

If you see vandalism taking place, please call Scottsdale PD at 480-312-5000.

Assessment Reminder

As a reminder, your GCA and RVA third quarter assessments are due July 1 and will be considered late after July 30. Visit the Pay Your Assessment section of our website to review your payment options. Payments can also be dropped off at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or in the mail slot in the door after hours.

Halcon Pool Now Open

The Halcon pool and spa is now OPEN! If you borrowed a key for an alternate pool, please make sure to return it to the office during normal business hours. You can also put the key in an envelope with your name and address clearly marked on the front and drop it through the mail slot in the door. Happy swimming!

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
