Monterey Spa Heater Down

The spa heater at the Monterey pool area has developed an unrepairable leak in the heat exchanger. A new heat exchanger has been ordered and is expected to arrive in about a week. The spa will continue to run and the jets will work, however, it will not be heated until the part has been replaced. 

Peregrine Pool Closure

During the recent work at the Peregrine Pool a leak was discovered in the spa. Unfortunately, the pool area cannot be open as the leak has created potential safety hazards for residents. Staff is working to secure a vendor to repair the spa and residents will be notified as soon as the pool area is reopened. We apologize for any inconvenience. Peregrine residents may request a key for an alternate pool by calling the GCA Office at 480-563-9708.

Upcoming Halcon Pool Closure

The Retreat Village Association Board of Directors recently approved repairs and improvements to the Halcon pool area. Tile will be replaced around the BBQ area,  bathrooms and ramada. Restrooms will receive new toilets and sinks and the concrete table and bench will be demolished and replaced. It is anticipated this work will start within the next month and the pool will need to be closed during construction. Residents should watch for further communication and signage regarding the closure.
