Grayhawk Nerf Battle

Kick-Off your summer with an exciting Nerf battle at the Grayhawk greenbelt on May 6 from 9:30-11:30 a.m.  Battle Party Events will provide the latest blasters, but kids can also bring their own if they wish!  Parents will even get the chance to battle it out with their kids during this event.  Cost to participate is $10 per child, which includes pizza during the event. Register today!

Peregrine Pool Closure

During the recent work at the Peregrine Pool a leak was discovered in the spa. Unfortunately, it was determined that the pool area cannot be opened by April 26 as previously scheduled as the leak has created potential safety hazards for residents. 

Staff is working to secure a vendor to repair the spa and residents will be notified as soon as the pool area is reopened. We apologize for any inconvenience. Peregrine residents may request a key for an alternate pool by calling the GCA Office at 480-563-9708.

Transponder Installation 

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).  For questions, please contact Nian at 480-563-9708 or nquinn@ccmcnet.com.  Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
