The Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Associations will hold virtual meetings at 5:30 p.m. on March 6. You are encouraged to join the meetings by clicking the link below and can view agendas here.

Prior to the regular session board meeting, the Board of Directors will hold and Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 33-1804(A)(3).  

GCA and RVA Annual Meetings

Join your fellow Grayhawk homeowners on Thursday, March 9 for a night of celebrating the community that you live in. Elect new Board members, look back on the past year and forward to what’s in store in the future. There will also be tons of great raffle prizes! Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for light refreshments, with the GCA meeting beginning at 6 p.m.. The RVA meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

 If you have Association-related questions you would like us to answer, now is your chance to ask! Submit your question by Wednesday, March 8 at 5 p.m. and we may answer it at the 2023 Annual Meeting. Any questions not addressed during the meeting will be answered personally or in an upcoming issue of the Grayhawk Flight.

Free Shredding Event

Stop by the GCA office on March 11 from 9-11 a.m. for a shredding event. Each vehicle is allowed up to two banker sized boxes and documents will be shredded on site. Registration is required and spots are filling up fast! This is a free event but we are accepting donations for Arizona Helping Hands including newborn baby diapers, baby wipes and all sizes of new children's tennis shoes. 

Grayhawk Garage Sale

Grab old treasures and join us for the community garage sale on March 18 from 7-11:30 a.m. Park residents will be marked on the community map for $5 and Retreat Village/condo residents can rent a table and a space at the GCA Office parking lot for $10. A Goodwill donation truck will be in the GCA Office parking lot from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. to collect any unsold items. Register by March 15. We will not be accepting registrations past this date.  

Concert in the Park

Join us on March 26 from 3-5 p.m. in the Grayhawk Greenbelt for live music from Switchback, coming all the way from Chicago. Their music features "American roots with Celtic soul", with lots of energy! Poor Sam's Italian Beef food truck will be on site with great food available for purchase. Bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the food, live music and great weather! Cost is $2 per person. Registration required by March 23. .

Transponder Installation 

Installations for this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).  For questions, please contact Nian at 480-563-9708 or nquinn@ccmcnet.com.  Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
