Adopt-A-Road We are looking for a few good volunteers to aid in our Adopt-A-Road cleanup on Jan. 28. We will meet at the GCA office at 8 a.m. and you can expect to be done by 10 a.m. We will provide water, gloves, safety vests and trash bags. This is a great way to complete community service hours,. Volunteers 17 years of age and under must be with a guardian. Please register if you plan to attend.

Christmas Tree RoundupBeginning January 6 and ending January 16, the City is offering two ways for you to dispose of your unwanted live Christmas trees or wreaths. 1. You can drop off your tree right here in Grayhawk at Thompson Peak Park (Thompson Peak Parkway and Hayden Road - in the north east parking lot). The City of Scottsdale will provide roll-off containers that are yellow in color and labeled for your disposal convenience.
2. Single-family home residents can place Christmas trees in your curbside green waste pile, separate from your bulk trash, for collection in your scheduled Brush/Bulk service week. Bulk pickup is scheduled in Grayhawk the week of January 2. Items must be placed by 5 a.m. on January 2. Visit the City of Scottsdale website for bulk pickup requirements
