Political Signage

According to the A.R.S. Section 33-1808, community associations cannot prohibit political signage, but signage must adhere to guidelines below:
1. Cannot be placed earlier than seventy-one days before the day of a primary election.
2. Cannot remain later than fifteen days after the day of the general election.
3. For a sign for a candidate in a primary election who does not advance to the general election, the sign cannot remain later than fifteen days after the primary election.
4. The maximum aggregate total dimensions of all political signs on a member's property shall not exceed nine square feet.

City of Scottsdale Bulk Trash

Scottsdale Brush and Bulk collection is scheduled to take place in Grayhawk the week of August 29. Items must be placed for pickup by 5 a.m. on August 29. Stack items neatly, parallel to the street on your front property line. Bulk waste piles and green waste piles should be placed at least 3 feet from each other. Guardhouse Update

The frame has started to go up for the new Talon guardhouse, which will be followed by roofing, weather wrap, rough plumbing, rough electric, rough A/C, exterior windows and doors. On the Raptor side, footings for the foundation have been dug and underground plumbing has begun.

Installations for this week and next will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
