Pinnacle Turf Conversion

DLC Resources will be working on a turf conversion project in the Pinnacle neighborhood at the grass area on the east end of Wing Shadow Rd. This project will help improve the aesthetic in that area as both shade and regular foot traffic have caused significant turf damage. Please be patient as crews complete the project.

Pool Closures

Peregrine Pool

Delays continue in the work taking place at the Peregrine pool. Residents will be notified once the pool is operational. In the meantime, residents wishing to gain access to an alternate pool can visit the Grayhawk office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. during regular business hours for a key.

Volare Pool
Beginning Monday, July18, the Volare pool area will be closed for approximately eight days. The anticipated re-open date is Tuesday July 26. Residents wishing to gain access to an alternate pool can visit the Grayhawk office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. during regular business hours for a key.

Guardhouse Update

Construction fencing is now in place at both the Raptor and Talon gates, limiting both driver and pedestrian visibility. Please drive slower than normal and observe signage to preserve everyone’s safety.

Transponder Installation

Installations for this week and next will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
