Sweet Summertime Bingo

Join us on July 19 from 6-7 p.m. to play an interactive game of Bingo from the comfort of your own home via Zoom! We will have opportunities for summertime sing-alongs and chances to win prizes like Amazon and Target gift cards, Summer themed baskets, and more! Register by July 15. You will receive the link to print off your own cards at home once registration has closed. This event is FUN for the whole family!

Home Modifications

When making changes to your home that are visible from the street or neighboring property, please ensure that modifications are approved by the Architectural Review Committee. This includes paint, lighting, landscaping, doors and more. Find more about the submittal process and guidelines for modifications on our website. If you are unsure if your project needs approval or have questions about a submittal, contact Ashley Scott.

GCA Office Hours

The GCA Office will be closing at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 1 and will be closed on Monday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. The office will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Peregrine Pool Closure

Delays continue in the work taking place at the Peregrine pool. Residents will be notified once the pool is operational. In the meantime, residents wishing to gain access to an alternate pool can visit the Grayhawk office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. during regular business hours for a key.

Guardhouse Update

On June 29 the resident and guest entry lanes will be closed at the Raptor gate from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. in order for the City of Scottsdale Water Services Department to relocate a water meter and line. Read about how this will impact resident and guest access on the Guardhouse Project page on the Grayhawk community website, and make sure you follow steps below to sign up for RVA emails and texts in order to stay up-to-date on closures.

Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can now opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA. Installations for this week and next will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
