End of School Ice Cream Blast

Join us in the greenbelt on the corner of 78th Pl. and 78th Way on May 25 from 4:30-6 p.m. to celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of summer with an ice cream treat from the Old School Ice Cream Bus and yard games in the greenbelt! Check out the Old School Ice Cream Bus menu prior to the event. We will be giving out FREE treats to the first 100 who attend!

Win Dinner for Dad

Submit a poem or essay to svanduyne@ccmcnet.com by June 15 about why your dad or father figure is the BEST and win a Dadtastic gift basket that includes a $100 gift card to The Craftsman. There will be one winner selected from each age group (age 12 and under and 13-17). Submissions must be fully written by the contestant and must be 300 words or less. Winning submissions will be featured in the August Grayhawk Flight magazine.

Child and Babysitting Safety Class

Current or would-be babysitters ages 10-17 are invited to join us in the Raptor Room from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on June 4 for this popular class that covers infant/child safety, pediatric CPR and basic care techniques. Certification cards are issued upon successful completion of the course and certification is valid for two years. Price is $50 in exact cash and includes a pizza lunch. Register today!

Watch For Street Sealing Notices

If you live in the Serenity, Los Vientos or Firenze neighborhoods, please be sure to read the letter that was mailed to you last week regarding the upcoming street sealing. The letter details the dates of street closures impacting each neighborhood as well as alternate locations for parking. You can also find more information on our website.
