Concert in the Park

Grab chairs and a cooler and join us at the Grayhawk Greenbelt on May 15 from 4-6 p.m. for a concert from the Shari Rowe Band. Cost to participate is $5 per person. Lou Malnati's Pizza By Me Class

Head to Lou Malnati's on May 19 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. to learn the art of deep dish. After watching your very own creation go into the oven, you will get to enjoy an assortment of salads, bruschetta and calamari as well as bottomless beer, wine and soft drinks. Finish the night with a chocolate chip cookie pizza desert. Cost to participate is $60 per person paid the night of the event with card or cash. Register by May 16.

Grayhawk Nerf Battle

Kick-Off your summer with an exciting Nerf battle at the Grayhawk greenbelt on May 21 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Battle Party Events will provide the latest blasters, but kids can also bring their own if they wish! Parents will even get the chance to battle it out with their kids during this event. Cost to participate is $10 per child, which includes pizza during the event. Register today!

Home Modifications

When making any changes to your home that are visible from the street or neighboring property, please ensure that modifications are approved by the Architectural Review Committee. You can find more about the submittal process and guidelines for modifications on our website. If you are uncertain if your exterior home improvement project needs approval or if you have questions about a submittal, please contact Ashley Scott.

Guardhouse Project Update

Residents should start noticing more movement around both the Raptor and Talon main gates as trees, saguaros, barrel cacti and ocotillos are moved to the medians behind the guardhouses. The Natural Area Open Space (NAOS) areas around the guardhouses have been roped off as well. Stay up-to-date on the Guardhouse Project by visiting the project page on the Grayhawk website.

Installations for this week and next will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
