Concert in the Park

Grab chairs and a cooler and join us at the Grayhawk Greenbelt on May 15 from 4-6 p.m. for a concert from the Shari Rowe Band. Cost to participate is $5 per person. Food trucks will also have food to purchase. Register by May 11. Bridge Group Looking for Members

The bridge group is open to Grayhawk residents who are wanting to meet neighbors and play a few hours of social bridge weekly. The group meets in the Raptor Room at the GCA Office on Tuesdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Reach out to Linda at lindshaw@msn.com with any questions, to express interest or schedule a time to drop in and meet or play with the group.

Common Area Wall Painting

Common area wall painting is scheduled to begin the week of May 2 in Coventry at the Park. The vendor begin prepping walls Monday. If you have any questions, please contact Stacey Harvey.

Home Modifications

When making any changes to your home that are visible from the street or neighboring property, please ensure that modifications are approved by the Architectural Review Committee. You can find more about the submittal process and guidelines for modifications on our website. If you are uncertain if your exterior home improvement project needs approval or if you have questions about a submittal, please contact Ashley Scott.

Installations for this week and next will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).
