The Grayhawk Landscape Committee and DLC Resources encourage Grayhawk residents to give back to their community through the Plant it Forward program. Each year, Grayhawk homeowners can propagate plants in their own yards and donate them to the Association for DLC to use throughout the community during the spring planting season. Learn more about the program, including when you can donate your plants, by visiting the GCA website.
If you aren’t sure how to go about propagating a plant, you’re in luck! Landscape Committee Chairperson Arlene Smith and resident plant guru Victoria Kauzlarich (author of “Our Desert, Our Home” each month in The Grayhawk Flight) created a how-to video walking viewers through the easy steps of propagating various desert plants.

Help Keep Grayhawk SafeVehicles and homes left unlocked create opportunity for thieves. Remember to move any valuables out of your car and make sure to keep the doors of your vehicle and home locked. If you do observe people in the area lifting door handles or looking into car windows, immediately report those persons to the police. If it doesn't look right, it probably isn't.
