Potential Cox Communication Outage

Cox Communication is performing maintenance in the area on March 4 to expand service and is anticipating potentially interruption of service. Specifically, there may be a temporary outage at one or both of the gates between the hours of 6 a.m. and 2 p.m.

If there is an outage that impacts the gate, guests and vendors will still be let through the gate, however, staff will not be able to access homeowner accounts to verify that guests are on a resident's guest list or send notification of their arrival. Staff will also be unable to retrieve a resident's phone number to authorize guests.
