Leave the cooking to the professionals and pick up dinner for the whole family! Burgers Amore will be at 78th Way and 78th Pl. on August 26 from 5-7 p.m. View their menu today! There will be no parking on the street, please park in the offices at Grayhawk parking lot located at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. and take the sidewalk path to the greenbelt.

Play Day at the Park

Join us at the Monterey Tot Lot on Sept. 11 from 9-10:30 a.m. for some play time with neighbors and friends! This tot lot is well shaded and a great place for the kids to run off some energy. We will provide breakfast pastries, tasty snacks and cold refreshments! Register by Sept. 9.

Brush and Bulk Pickup

Brush and bulk trash pickup is scheduled for Grayhawk this week, however, the City of Scottsdale is behind schedule. Please be patient as they work to get caught up. To check the status of pickup, please visit the City of Scottsdale website or call 480-312-5600.

Community Landscaping Update

The valley has seen more storms this year than we did during last year's "nonsoon", and our community landscaper, DLC Resources, has been busy removing downed branches and trees all summer. What you may not know is that DLC actually has a number of other items on their checklist following a storm. Some of those include:

Checking culverts and tunnels for silt and debris and removing blockages to allow water flow
Clearing debris off of both paved walking paths and paths in natural areas throughout the community
Clearing any debris from the eight tot lots
Checking tennis courts and pool areas in the Retreat Village for debris

Retreat Village Association Email

Retreat Village Association (RVA) residents can now opt in to email or text distribution lists specific to the RVA. Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

If you would like to have a transponder installed, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during one of the schedule times in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
