Hair Donation Event Fundraiser

Have some hair to spare? Lifestyle Director Sarah Van Duyne is having 10" off of her hair at 3 p.m. on July 13 and she'd love for you to join her!  Hair will be donated to Crowns of Courage, an organization providing halo wigs to children undergoing chemotherapy. We'll provide professionals to cut your hair, just reach out to Sarah to let her know you're coming.

If you can't have your hair cut but want to participate, we are also taking donations through this event to support Barrow Neurological Institute.  Our goal is to raise at least $350 and a donation of any size helps! Make a donation online or bring cash or check to the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Email Sarah if you have any questions.

Landscaping Updates

Increasing monsoon winds have left many branches broken and hanging and have knocked down trees throughout the community. DLC Resources crews are prioritizing and addressing a trees that have fallen on or are blocking walls, homes, roads and sidewalks. If you see a common area tree with damage following winds or a monsoon, please report it by calling the GCA office at 480-563-9708 or by emailing Ashley at ascott@ccmcnet.com.

Pet Reminders

We ask that the owners please take steps to be responsible for your pets. City of Scottsdale and Grayhawk regulations state that dogs must be on a leash when they are in common areas. Regulations also require pet owners to clean up after their pets. Please use the bags provided throughout the community for your convenience, and dispose of them in proper trash receptacles. Neighbors will appreciate your efforts!
