Electrical Panel Damage

Staff members at the GCA Office have received multiple calls from residents regarding their breaker boxes being tampered with. Scottsdale PD notified us that this could be a juvenile prank, it does have potential to lead to more serious problems. It is recommended that you place a padlock on your electrical panel so that you don’t experience any issues. If your see this type of behavior taking place, please call the Scottsdale PD dispatch center at 480-312-5000.

Landscaping Updates

DLC Resources recently addressed dry monsoon wind damage and priority cleanup needs throughout the community. In addition to cleaning up split branches, pods and leaf droppings, crews removed four Palo Verde treees and one Sweet Acacia tree. If you see a common area tree with damage following winds or a monsoon, please report it by calling the GCA office at 480-563-9708 or by emailing Ashley at ascott@ccmcnet.com.

FREE Freeze Pop Pop-Up

Join GCA staff on June 22 between 9 and 10 a.m. at the Monterey at the Park ramada at 73rd Way and Whistling Wind Way to cool off with FREE freeze pops! We hope to see you there!

Sweet Magnolia and Kona Ice

Leave the cooking to the professionals and pick up Mississippi style BBQ from Sweet Magnolia Smokehouse on June 24 from 5-7:30 p.m. Then, cool down with Kona Ice to top off your meal. There will be no parking on the street. Please park in the offices at Grayhawk parking lot located at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. and take the sidewalk to the greenbelt. Check out the Sweet Magnolia Smokehouse menu and order your food ahead of time.

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

If you would like to have a transponder installed, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during one of the schedule times in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
