Peregrine Pool Update

The Peregrine Pool is now OPEN for resident use, just in time for the long weekend!

Please note that one of the restrooms is still under repair and is closed. The second restroom is now unisex and both are marked with signage. If you have any questions, please call the GCA Office at 480-563-9708.

Watch for Street Sealing Notices

If you live in the Monterey Retreat, Avante, Renaissance or Talon Point neighborhood, please be sure to read the letter that was mailed to you last week regarding the upcoming street sealing. The letter details the dates of street closures impacting each neighborhood as well as alternate locations for parking. You can also find more information on our website. Transponder Installation

Installations next week will occur on Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.

Office Hours

The GCA Office will be closing at 3 p.m. on Friday, May 28 and will be closed on Monday, May 31 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. The office will reopen on Tuesday, June 1 at 8:00 am. We apologize for any inconvenience.
