floo-id YOGA in the Park

Join us to relieve stress and enjoy the outdoors as floo-id YOGA hosts Yoga in the Park every Saturday in May at 9 a.m. at the greenbelt near the GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. No experience is necessary. Just bring your mat and a can-do attitude! Sign up for a class today!

Pop-Up Hostess Cupcake Giveaway

May 11 is National Hostess Cupcake Day and we’ll take any reason to celebrate with our Grayhawk family! Stop by the greenbelt at the corner of 78th Way and 78th Pl. from 3-4 p.m. to say “hi” to the Grayhawk staff and pick up a sweet treat for you and your family. If the tent is gone, we’ve run out. See you there!

Mother/Son Nerf Wars

Join us on May 15 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in the Grayhawk Greenbelt as kids put down the game controllers and get outside to battle it out with friends and neighbors. Playgrounds Dart Zone will provide the latest blasters, but kids can also bring their own. We will have two separate fields for two age groups depending on number of registrations. Cost to participate is $10 per child, which will include a pizza and a treat. Register today!

Join us on May 16 from 4-6 p.m. in the Grayhawk Greenbelt for an afternoon of entertainment with Outside the Lines and their six-piece band. Enjoy food for purchase from the Queso Good Quesadilla and the Majik Milkshakes food trucks. Chairs and blankets are recommended and coolers are permitted (no glass please). Each registration/circle is limited to seven people and social distancing will be managed with designated areas for each group. Registration fee for this event is $5 per person and children 12 and under are FREE. Registration is required and walk ups cannot be accommodated. Register by May 12. Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
