Save the Date notice for the Annual Meeting

Join Retreat Village Association Board members, staff and neighbors virtually on March 23 to celebrate making lemonade from the 2020 lemons! We'll look back on the accomplishments over the past year and forward to exciting upcoming projects. The RVA meeting will begin at approximately 7 p.m. following the Grayhawk Community Association meeting, which begins at 6 p.m. If you are planning to attend the GCA meeting as well, make sure to register so that you are entered in the prize drawing.

The Retreat Village Association will elect three board members to a two-year term at the 2021 Annual Meeting. Below are the candidates who have volunteered to serve the Retreat. Click the candidate pictures below to view their candidate application.

Association members in good standing are able to vote. There will be one ballot allotted per unit and each ballot may be filled out for up to three candidates.

By now, you should have received your RVA ballot in the mail. Please take the time to read about each candidate. Then, make sure to return your signed ballot by March 22 to The Ballot Box at the address provided. Ballot envelopes must be signed to be valid, so please do not forget to sign your return envelope.

We encourage you to mail your ballots in as the Annual Meeting will be held virtually this year. If you are unable to do so, ballots will be accepted at the Grayhawk Community Association office on March 23 from 5:30-6:10 p.m.

If you have Association-related questions you would like us to answer, now is your chance to ask! Submit your questions by Friday, March 19 at 5 p.m. and we may answer it at the 2021 Annual Meeting. Any questions not addressed during the meeting will be answered personally or in an upcoming issue of the Grayhawk Flight.
