101 Freeway Construction Update

• The westbound Pima Freeway off-ramp at Scottsdale Road will be closed nightly from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. through the morning of Friday, Oct. 23.

• The eastbound Pima Freeway between Hayden Road and Pima Road will be narrowed to two lanes from 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, to 5 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23.

Where to Vote

For the November General Election, vote in person or drop off your early ballot at any Vote Center open October 7-November 3, including some nights and weekends. There are no assigned locations. Choose one that works in your schedule. Make sure to select the "Open Locations" filter when searching.

Single Sippers Happy Hour

Join other single neighbors for great conversation on Oct. 21 at 5 p.m. at the greenbelt on the corner of 78th Way and 78th Pl. Great Grayhawk Pumpkin Delivery

We’re celebrating fall by delivering a limited supply of pumpkins and decorating kits to neighborhood pocket parks on Monday, Oct. 26 between 3 and 7 p.m.! Register early to reserve yours! You will be notified by email a few days prior to the event where you can pick up your pumpkin and kit.

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
