Yoga in the Park

Join us to relieve stress and enjoy the outdoors as floo-id YOGA hosts Yoga in the Park on August 8 at 9 a.m. Floo-id YOGA is a locally owned yoga studio offering a variety of classes to accommodate all ages and skill levels, and they're doing these classes at no cost just for Grayhawk residents. Just bring your mat and a can-do attitude. Join us at the greenbelt near the office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Parkway. Make sure to register today!

Back to School Craft Kit

Kit delivery on Fri., Aug. 14
Join us as we create our very own colorful pencil holders. All the supplies needed are included in your bag and will be dropped off at your door on Friday, August 14. We have 50 kits available for FREE and they will go fast! Reserve your kit today. One kit per child please!

Find a Voting Center

For the August Primary Election, Maricopa County voters can cast a ballot at any Vote Center, rather than a designated location. Please take a moment to find the nearest voting center and confirm your registration status.

Grayhawk Covid-19 Update

The Grayhawk Office will remain closed to regular traffic through August and staff will continue to work a modified schedule to include working from home. The office will be open through August by appointment only. This means that if you plan to visit the office you must first call 480-563-9708 or email a staff member to schedule an appointment. Residents are required to wear a face mask for appointments.

In addition, the office will observing in-service hours beginning at 12 p.m. on Wednesdays during August. Please make sure if you need to contact us on those days, you do so prior to noon.

In addition, the GCA Office will be closed to all activities including Bridge, Mah Jongg, Canasta, board meeting and rentals through August. The Board of Directors will continue to work with management to monitor the situation and update as necessary.

Political Signage

The Arizona primary election is taking place on August 4. Per City of Scottsdale and Grayhawk Community Association guidelines, please have all political signage removed from your property by August 7. Thank you!

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.

Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
