Virtual Mixology Class

Join us via Zoom July 9 to learn how to mix consciously created cocktails at home.  You will be emailed the ingredient list prior to each class so you can engage and follow along in real time.  Recipe cards will be e-mailed after the session and we will be sending a cocktail infusion kit to each participant.  Cost is $5 and space is limited. Register today!

Walk, bike, or drive to the greenbelt at 78th Way and 78th Place on July 18 from 9-11 a.m. to get your morning started with coffee drinks, teas, smoothies and breakfast baked goods.  You can also check out the menu and preorder to pick up the day of the event.  Park in the Offices at Grayhawk parking lot located at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy. and take the path east to the greenbelt.

The Painters Lounge Painting Class

Join The Painters Lounge via Zoom from 6-7:30 p.m. on July 15 to paint a colorful prickly pear.  Register by 5 p.m. on July 14 (navigate to the calendar and look for the private event labeled “Grayhawk Community Association”).  This event is exclusive to Grayhawk residents at a discounted price of $26/person.  The price includes supplies, which will be dropped off at your home the day of the event.

Disney Trivia Night

Want to test your Disney knowledge and interact with your neighbors without having to gather in person?  Grayhawk families are invited to come together via Zoom on July 23 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. for an action-packed Disney trivia contest that even the kids can enjoy.  Thanks to our sponsor, David Van Omen and Andrew Bloom with Keller Williams AZ Realty, we will be giving away a $100 Amazon gift card to the winner! Youth Etiquette Classes

Mon., July 27-Thurs., July 31
Kids 6-10 years old (10-11 a.m.) and 11-15 years old (1-2 p.m.) will learn everything from self respect to proper introductions, dining etiquette to great leadership skills in a fun, interactive way via Zoom.  Cost to participate is $40 per child.  Register and pay online by July 24. Choose the private Grayhawk event in the drop down box.  



Trailer in the desert

RV and Trailer Parking

Community guidelines prohibit RVs and campers to be parked in the street or your driveway overnight. We do offer a one night exemption for anyone needing to park a trailer to load/unload. These exemptions are offered for one night only and RVs and trailers cannot be blocking access to neighboring driveways. These exemptions are offered on a limited basis throughout the year. Transponder Installation

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)

Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102).  For questions, please contact Cierra at 480-563-9708 or caustin@ccmcnet.com.  



Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the online transponder installation form
2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on.
3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car
4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder

Grayhawk Covid-19 Update

With Coronavirus cases increasing in Arizona, the Grayhawk Office will remain closed to regular traffic through July and staff will continue to work a modified schedule to include working from home.  The office will be open through July by appointment only. This means that if you plan to visit the office you must first call 480-563-9708 or email a staff member to schedule an appointment. Residents are required to wear a face mask for appointments.

In addition, the GCA Office will be closed to all activities including Bridge, Mah Jongg, Canasta, board meeting and rentals through at least July 31. The Board of Directors will continue to work with management to monitor the situation and update as necessary.
