Community Update

Based on recommendations by the CDC and ADHS and after much discussion, the Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Association Board of Directors has made the decision to close the playground equipment and ramadas as well as the RVA pools (including restrooms) and tennis courts until further notice. The Crown Point Board of Directors has also made the decision to close the Crown Point pool and restroom.

Keeping surface areas clean and disinfected is important during this time. Due to the nature and usage of the amenities within the community, sanitizing the outdoor common areas enough to keep our residents safe is not feasible. The health and safety of our members and guests is our first priority, and we know that you will understand the decision.
